Debbie Mcgee hated magic and didn’t know Paul Daniels
Former Strictly Come Dancing star Debbie McGee sweetly reunited with her professional partner, Giovanni Pernice. The 65-year-old was partnered with the Italian dancer, 33, back in 2017 and the pair made it all the way to the finals.
Since the show, they have remained great friends and often support each other in their work.
Debbie attended the Strictly quarter finals on Saturday where she was pictured planting a kiss on Giovanni’s cheek.
Taking to social media, Debbie posted a photo of her with Giovanni marking their reunion.
Penning to her 21,000 Instagram followers she said: “I had a wonderful evening at the Strictly quarter-finals on Saturday, and being reunited with my wonderful dance partner, Giovanni Pernice.”

Her arms were wrapped around the Sicilian-born dancer as she smiled at the camera.
In the cheeky snap Giovanni was seen planting a sweet kiss on the side of her cheek.
Debbie looked ultra-glamorous as she wore her blonde tresses in a perfect updo and dressed in a glitzy number.
Fans were quick to jump to the comments section as they were delighted that the pair were back together again.

Gushing over the pair, a fourth said: “Really lovely to see you with Giovanni again. I always thought you two should have won the glitter ball.”

Giovanni was partnered with Amanda Abbington this year but she stepped away from the show in the fifth week.
Since her departure, Giovanni has been spending his time teaching dance classes.
He took to his Instagram story to share that he has now wrapped up his side hustle for the year.
He said: “This was our last class for this year. We have some exciting news for Lockstep Dance in 2024 and we can’t wait to share it with all of you. Thank you again all of you for coming along and spending some quality time all together. We love you.”
