Country singer Brett Young‘s 2018 bop “Catch” has become the sixth consecutive song by the singer to have topped the Billboard Country Airplay Chart.
“I can’t believe we are celebrating another No. 1 with ‘Catch,'” Young said. “I’m overwhelmed by the continued support I’ve received from my fans and country radio. These always feel good, but in our current situation this one feels extra special to celebrate with my family. Thank y’all SO MUCH!”
Having garnered a total of 141 million streams, the song, which was released via BMLG Records, has certified Gold with RIAA in the U.S and Canada, and was co-written by Young, Ashley Gorley, and Ross Copperman.
Young’s other tracks to have achieved the feat include “Mercy,” “Sleep Without You,” “In Case You Didn’t Know,” and “Like I Loved You.”
