The ‘Bam Bam’ songstress is photographed kissing and holding hands with the Lox Club dating app CEO, nearly a year after announcing her split from Shawn Mendes.
AceShowbiz –Camila Cabello is officially moving on from the end of her relationship with Shawn Mendes by dating someone new. The Cuban-born singer/songwriter has confirmed her romance with Austin Kevitch after sparking dating rumors two months ago.
The former Fifth Harmony member wasn’t hiding their new relationship during the date on Sunday afternoon, August 7. She was pictured holding hands with the Lox Club dating app CEO while heading for a coffee date in Los Angeles.
In pictures obtained by Daily Mail, the “Havana” hitmaker was also spotted planting a kiss on her new beau’s cheek while sitting on the outdoor area. The two looked so in love as they were all smiles while Camila wrapped her hands around Austin’s neck and he held onto her arms at another point during the outing.
For their weekend date, Camila looked lovely in a long blue floral dress with short sleeves that she paired with a pair of open-toed sandals. To accessorize her look, she added a pair of stylish, gold-hooped earrings and slung a brown crossbody purse on her shoulder.
Her boyfriend, meanwhile, opted for comfort in a white T-shirt and dark green shorts. He sported a pair of white sneakers paired with red-striped socks to complete his look. Both of them were holding boxed water to stay hydrated on the hot summer day.
Camila and Austin were first spotted together earlier in the summer. On June 15, the two were spotted walking side-by-side while enjoying a night out in L.A. While they didn’t show any PDA at the time, she couldn’t hide her smile when having a conversation with the businessman.
Camila was previously in a romantic relationship with Shawn for two years. The two, however, ended their romance in November 2021.
While Camila is currently happy and in love, her ex-boyfriend doesn’t seem to have the best day lately. In late July, he canceled the remainder of his “Wonder” world tour to focus on his mental health. “As you guys know, I had to postpone the past few weeks of shows since I wasn’t totally prepared for the toll of being back on the road would take on me,” he said in a statement released via his social media account on July 27.
He added, “I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away.”
On Saturday, August 6, however, Shawn seemed to be in good spirits when having an early birthday celebration at LIV Nightclub in Miami. The “Mercy” singer, who turns 24 on August 8, reportedly had an “amazing time” partying with his pal and fellow Canadian singer The Weeknd.
