Chris Moyles looked great while out in the heatwave yesterday, with the Radio X DJ dressed casually in a black T-shirt and navy shorts.

He was all smiles for the camera as she showed off his slimmed down look, after losing weight in recent years.

Chris recently admitted he weighs himself "six days a week" and he had "an issue with body dysmorphia".

The star lost five stone in 2014 by overhauling his lifestyle, diet and exercise.

However, Dr Becky Spelman, Psychologist and Clinical Director of Private Therapy Clinic believes it's time the 46-year-old addresses his "compulsive behaviours" so that he can "break free".

Dr Becky told OK! online: "When someone is this preoccupied by their weight, they haven't completely overcome the difficulties they have with food and weight loss.

"For someone to be free they need to give up any compulsive behaviours they engage in excessively like weighing themselves.

"If this is happening it's good for someone to tackle the psychological reasons behind this and try to break free even further of the difficulties they had."

Chris revealed his struggles to Ross Kemp on his podcast, The Kempcast.

He went into detail about how he trains hard to allow himself some pleasure at the weekend.

He said: "I don't have the metabolism of an 18-year-old girl or boy, I just don't. I will, and people don't believe me, but I weigh myself six days a week, and I know you shouldn't and I know it's not for everyone, but I do that so I can learn about how my body works.

"I will train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and I will watch what I eat and I'll eat very little, I do intermittent fasting and I'll eat at half six or seven and I'll be fine.

"I need to do that from the weekends that I have.

"I will be really good during the week and then Friday comes, I'll have a couple of drinks and then maybe Saturdays we will go for dinner and maybe a few drinks and then maybe Sunday we'll do something and I'll get on the scales on Monday and I will have put on anywhere from five, six, eight, ten pounds – ten pounds!

"I get to the weekend and you're f***ing tired and you want a drink, it's boring watching what you eat.

"Anyone who goes, 'I don't really worry about what I eat.' Well, you lucky b******s because I've got to.”
