Dancing on Ices Holly Willoughby labelled a princess as she stuns in pink gown

Holly Willoughby has been branded "a princess" by Dancing On Ice fans, as she sported a pretty pink princess gown to host the show alongside Phillip Schofield.

The star, who recently celebrated her 42nd birthday, took to Instagram to share a picture of herself ahead of the show.

She looked stunning in the pale pink strapless satin gown, which flowed to the floor. The mum of three beamed with her eyes closed, while rocking her usual flawless makeup look with winged eyeliner and lashings of mascara.

Her dress featured a pretty white floral pattern which was embroidered into it. It also appeared to have pockets, which Holly had her hands thrust into for the snap.

Holly captioned her post: "It’s icons week on @dancingonice see you on @itv at 6:25… good luck to all our skaters… we may get to see a head banger tonight."

Holly's fans rushed to comment on the picture with plenty of praise for Holly's gorgeous good looks, as one commented: "You look like a Disney princess," while another said: "You look like a princess xx."

A third commented: "You look like a princess Holly," and a fourth said: "The dress is out of this world!"

The compliments just kept on coming, with another commenting: "Such a beauty," as a fifth said: "Dress is gorgeous you look beautiful xx"

Holly hosts the popular ITV show alongside her fellow This Morning co-host, Phillip Schofield, where she stuns fans with her elaborate gowns each week.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu became the third contestant to be eliminated from Dancing On Ice alongside pro skating partner Brendyn Hatfield during last Sunday night’s show.

The star was gutted after she lost the judge's vote, with former EastEnders Patsy Palmer and Matt Evers being saved and able to dance again in this week's show.

After Phil and Holly told Ekin-Su that she should be proud of herself, the teary star said: "We put so much time, and all the other work I had coming up at the time, this was my priority and I gave everything to it.

"And I love it, I fell in love with the ice", Phil then interjected with: "We love you too, and please, when you go from here tonight, please be really proud of what you did."

Ekin-Su's exit followed that of Liberty X star Michelle Heaton in week two, and football star John Fashanu in week one.

Dancing on Ice is a popular TV series presented by Phillip Schofield alongside Holly Willoughby from 2006 to 2011, before returned in 2018. Christine Lampard presented from 2012 to 2014.
