David Haye ‘shuts down two companies after racking up debts’ following end of his ‘three-way romance’ with Una Healy
David Haye has reportedly shut down two of his companies after they racked up debts of more than £500,000.
The former professional boxer, 42, has seen his management consultancy firm, HMGMT Limited, put into liquidation owing £368,874, according to The Sun.
Originally called Hayemaker Management Limited, it was set up in September 2016 but now only has £27,613 in assets.
The Sun reports it owes £91,542 to HRMC, £76,827 to suppliers and £45,000 to Coutts Bank.
It also has debts owing £155,000 to The Arch Company, which guaranteed the company’s lease.

It comes as David’s love life continues to hit the headlines, after he and his model girlfriend Sian Osbourne have apparently welcomed a new woman, named Michaela Jovanovic, into their ‘throuple’.
The pair – who started dating in 2020 – were famously linked to ex Saturday’s singer Una Healy, which is where the term ‘throuple’ was used.
During another holiday – this time in Marrekesh in January – the trio went public when they were pictured, together but it is understood the Irish singer ended the three-way romance not long after.
Now, Una has confirmed that she is single and is focusing on parenting her two kids Aoife, ten, and Tadhg, eight, who she shares with ex-husband Ben Foden.
She told The Irish Mirror: ‘I am single and raising my two children, just like many other single parents – both men and women – doing a great job.
‘I am a single parent, I don’t like the term single mother as it has negative connotations.

‘You can’t do it all by yourself, there is no shame in asking for help, be that from childcare, family or friends.’
Since calling time on the relationship, David referenced an ‘opening’ in his team, suggesting that he was looking for a replacement to Una in his couple.
He has been snapped surrounded by harems of women and when at SXM festival, a fan called him out asking if he was having a midlife crisis.
He responded: ‘Maybe so mate. All those years of dedication to my sport, time to explore all that I missed. I can’t fit in a Ferrari, so a festivals it is!’
