Demi Lovato is already opening up about their next album!
During an appearance on CBS Mornings about emo music this week, the 30-year-old entertainer dished that she’s just so happy right now, she doesn’t know what to write about.

“I grew up listening to this music and so I wanted to go back to my roots,” Demi said. “Whether you’re going through depression of having fun with your friends, there’s so many emotions in this music. I think this generation is hungry for it.”
“Whether its angst, whether it’s falling in love, sadness…I’ve always just made music to be an inspiration to other people while also doing what I love,” they continued. “I’m definitely in a really good place. I don’t know what I’m going to write about on my next album because I’m so happy. I don’t know what I’m going to do.”
Demi added that she’ll definitely just have to write a bunch of sappy love songs.
Those sappy love songs would be about Demi‘s current beau, Jutes, who is also a musician.
The couple have been together since at least August 2022, when the “Dancing with the Devil” singer revealed she was in a new happy and healthy relationship.
Demi‘s last album Holy Fvck took her back to her more rock roots, followed by the single “Still Alive” for Scream VI.
Just a couple weeks ago, Demi dropped a newly re-recorded rock version of her hit “Heart Attack”!
