The Voice UK host Emma Willis, 44, and Matt Willis, 37, tied the knot in 2008. The married couple share three children together, Isabelle, 11, eight-year-old Ace and four-year-old Trixie.
Emma has since addressed an “impossible” move with her other half, as the small-screen star opened up about their marriage.
The TV star spoke candidly about juggling a busy lifestyle with a busy presenting career and multiple other strings to her bow.
Emma credited her parents for helping the couple out when it comes to looking after their children on occasion.
Speaking about balancing their daily lives, The Voice host said: “Men never get asked how they juggle everything, but if you asked Matt how he juggles it, he’d say, ‘Emma juggles it!'”
The mum-of-three confessed it would be “impossible” to work a lot without the help from family.
“I couldn’t do it without help, though, in particular my parents – they’re available whenever we need them so we’re very lucky. otherwise, it would be impossible,” Emma explained.
However, the Next model admitted she will “reconvene” with Matt at the end of week to make plans including babysitting.
Emma continued to Woman and Home magazine: “Matt and I reconvened at the end of the week and plan things like babysitting. He’s fantastic with a list.
“He’s all, ‘I’m happy to do stuff but I will forget – so give me a list and I’ll get it all done.’ I love the honesty.”
Emma also dished on the secret to the couple’s marriage, as she admitted they often like to enjoy date nights together.
She commented: “The secret is that we still like each other, we love each other, and fancy each other.
“We try to make time for each other with date nights.”

Emma added: “He asked me the other day, ‘Shall we have dinner out on Friday? But to be honest, I’d prefer to stay at home.”
Meanwhile, the couple recently enjoyed a date night together and took to Instagram to share the sweet snaps.
With the couple both wearing face masks, Emma was seen sitting on Matt’s lap for the romantic snap.
“My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard…!” joked the musician.
The Busted bandmate also took to Instagram stories to post another photo, where he said the pair were social-distancing.
The couple, who have been married for 12 years, renewed their vows to mark a decade of wedded bliss.
Emma and Matt chose to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary with another ceremony.
Their celebrity pals were also in attendance, including Rochelle Humes and her husband Marvin Humes.
