Gemma Collins broke down in tears as she joined in on the national Clap for Carers campaign on Thursday.
The TOWIE star filmed herself crying as the nation took to their doorsteps, windows and balcony’s to clap for NHS workers amid the coronavirus crisis.
The 39-year-old took to social media to share her thoughts after joining in on the campaign herself.

The reality TV star said: “So I just did the clap for the NHS, and it was really emotional to see everyone coming together at this time.”
Tears are then seen streaming down Gemma’s face as she adds: “Everyone’s in the unknown at the minute and it’s just amazing that everyone came out and showed their support.
“It’s just a really scary time, I didn’t think I’d be this scared but I am and you just gotta stay calm and hope that this goes away really quickly.”

It comes after thousands joined in on the campaign from around the country, including the royal children, who also clapped in support.
Kensington Palace posted a touching video of Kate Middleton, 38, and 37 year old Prince William's children Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and one year old Prince Louis clapping in front of a brick wall.
The sweet clip sees Charlotte, who dons a black and white striped long-sleeved top, and her brothers, who both sport different hues of blue shirts on, standing in a row as they clap and giggle.

It was captioned: "To all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected by #COVID19 : thank you. #ClapForOurCarers#ClapForNHS ".
Annemarie Plas is the woman behind the Clap for Carers campaign, who said she was inspired by similar initiatives taken in other countries, including The Netherlands and Italy.
She posted it on her social channels and said "before we knew it, it was spread across the nation."
Annemarie's intention was to make sure people know that "we're all together in this."
