Guns ‘N’ Roses have settled a trademark infringement lawsuit with craft brewery Canarchy Craft Brewery Collective, also known as Oskar Blues Brewery.
Earlier this year, the legendary rock band filed a lawsuit against the brewery for selling beer and accompanying merchandise called “Guns ‘N’ Rosé.”
Guns N’ Roses reached an agreement with the brewery on July 31 to settle claims and dismiss the lawsuit.
In 2018, Canarchy tried to trademark the name “Guns ‘N’ Rosé,” but the band objected and demanded they take back the application. In May, the band filed a lawsuit in California against the brewery after it failed to retract the application.
The band claimed that it has successfully licensed the Guns N’ Roses name over the years to sell clothing and other merchandise.
