After jetting off to red-list country Turkey, it's been revealed that Katie Price is there to undergo a "surgical procedure" which is being considered as an essential work trip.
The mum-of-five, who previously announced a new book with son Harvey, will have to quarantine in a hotel with fiancé Carl Woods on her return to Britain, at her own expense.
The former glamour model's "work trip" counts as an "extreme circumstance" as she is in "physical pain" after gaining two stone.
A representative for the 42 year old told MailOnline: "Katie has travelled with her fiancé to undergo a surgical procedure.
"The purpose of this travel is essential in that it is for her work, she is being filmed undergoing the operation.
They went on to tell the publication that as a result of her breaking both of her feet, Katie is finding it difficult to shift the weight.
They continued: "Despite her efforts to lose weight she has gained over two stone – this in turn has put immense pressure and further strain on her feet and is directly affecting her walking and management of day to day as a mother of five without being in constant pain.
"Katie accepts she is in a fortunate position to be able to undergo this procedure and would like to reassure in doing so is part of her 'work', in sharing her journey as she endures further emotional, mental struggles and challenges," the rep explained.

The reality star previously denied claims she was getting liposuction done in Turkey after reports stated she was going under the knife on Tuesday 15 June.
Katie slammed the reports in an Instagram story after jetting to the red list country with fiancé Carl earlier this week.
The brunette beauty shared a screenshot of the article which made the claims and wrote: "So I'm sorry but this story is wrong !
"I haven't had surgery today and I'm not at monosurgery and NOBODY knows where I am or what I'm doing.
"And when I do do anything and what it will be revealed on my", before she then added a YouTube sticker underneath.
