Maisie Smith is doing whatever it takes to be at peak fitness ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing debut – and that means spending every day in the gym.
The EastEnders star showed off her impressive physique in a snap posted to her Instagram page while wearing a Calvin Klein sports bra and revealing her ripped abs.
Maisie, who was announced as part of the Strictly 2020 line-up in September, has amped up her regime so that she can get through the notoriously gruelling dancing training

With her long red hair down brushed back off her shoulders, the 19 year old looked like she hadn't even broken a sweat as she lifted up a pair of dumbbells in either hand.
"I’m not tensing u are," she joked in the caption with her athletic figure on full show.
The teen recently said that she was "on a mission" to make sure she was as fit as possible so that she was within with a winning chance of scooping the coveted Glitterball Trophy for the 2020 class, that is if COVID-19 doesn't cause any more hassle.

Maisie also drew attention to her super strong glutes, which were bursting at the seams of her tight grey camouflage leggings.
Later on Maisie shared the results of her hard work training, by posing for the camera on her Instagram Stories wearing a pink velour sparkly tracksuit.
She turned her back to the camera to pose as well as another snap that showed off her tiny waist.
However the young soap star doesn't seem to be following a strict diet and to replenish the energy she'd burned off during her workout she gobbled up a gooey cheese toasty that had a greasy hash brown inside.
The actress has been sticking to her training regime in recent weeks and previously shared a snap of her flat stomach and quads while wearing a pink sports bra and shorts.
"Your gals on a mission," she penned in the caption as she tensed her arm and had a hand in a fist.

And it seem as though Maisie is a popular choice for the male professionals on Strictly, who want to be partnered with her because she has had previous dance training.
Strictly's cast including Aljaz Skorjanec and Giovanni Bernice are all said to be lobbying the show’s producers to get paired with Maisie, who plays Tiffany Butcher on the BBC One soap.
Maisie won the Children In Need special of Strictly in 2019 and professionals are said to “appreciate” that she comes with a big fan base.
