While Meghan Markle and Prince Harry put on a loved-up display with one another at an LA Lakers game, some eagle-eyed fans caught the former Suits actress decline a kiss from her hubby.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were spotted on a rare date night last night in Los Angeles as they attended a basketball game at the Crypto.com arena.
In snaps taken of the pair, Meghan, 41, and Harry, 38, whispered sweet nothings to each other while dad-of-two Harry lovingly put his arm around his wife.
In other photos, the pair looked elated as they cheered on their basketball team from one of the stadium’s boxes.

But when the pair were spotted on the stadium Kiss-cam, Harry appeared to be up to share a smooch with his wife, but Meghan politely (and flirtatiously) declined.
Discussing the moment, body language expert Judi James explained to the Mirror: “The body language is tactile and even romantic but it also shows Meghan taking the lead in terms of rejecting the offer of a Kiss-cam kiss that Harry seems more than up for.”
Judi went on: "Meghan's hand-to-mouth movement looks coy and flirty but it also forms a partial barrier in terms of any public snog.
"She also places her right hand on Harry's arm to keep him in his seat here and Harry does a comedy grimace to the fans to register the fact that his wife has taken the grown-up role in terms of protecting their dignity.”
Meghan went on to be labelled as still being “playful and affectionate” despite declining her hubby’s PDA.
Their evening out is the first time the Duke and Duchess have been seen out together since responding to King Charles’ Coronation invite.
Both Harry and Meghan were invited to the highly anticipated affair, but Meghan has declined as she’s going to stay stateside with their children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie.
Harry will be attending, however.
It was reported that Meghan wasn’t attending the Coronation due to having bad blood with her father-in-law over his unsatisfactory response to a letter she penned to him two years ago.

In light of the reports, the actress’ team has denied that this is true.
Omid Scobie, who is a close friend of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, shared the statement on Twitter.
It read: "The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago.
"Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous. We encourage tabloid media and various other royal correspondents to stop exhausting the circus that they alone are creating."
