The Duchess of Sussex is currently on maternity leave, but she keeps on surprising royal fans with public appearances.
Having attended a baseball game in London with Prince Harry last week, Meghan Markle put in an appearance at Wimbledon to watch tennis superstar and close friend, Serena Williams.
As usual, Meghan looked seriously chic during the appearance, wearing a L’Agence blazer, which is currently on sale at Saks, a Madewell hat, OUTLAND’s Harriet jeans, and a pair of Finlay shades in their “Henrietta” style. But even more exciting was the fact that the duchess also wore a necklace featuring the initial “A”, in reference to her newborn son, Archie.
The sweet necklace is reportedly a Jennifer Meyer design. This wouldn’t be the first time that Meghan has worn Meyer’s jewelry—the duchess wore a gorgeous “mummy” necklace by the designer, featuring the British spelling, following her New York baby shower in February 2019.
Reporting on Meghan’s Wimbledon appearance, royal correspondent Omid Scobie wrote on Twitter, “Duchess Meghan has joined Court 1 at @Wimbledon today to support @serenawilliams. She’s joined by close friends (and fellow @NorthwesternU alum) Lyndsay Roth (right) and Genevieve Hillis (left), who will also be at Saturday’s christening.”
