Molly-Mae Hague says she was a mess as she undergoes endometriosis surgery

Molly-Mae Hague has opened up on her endometriosis surgery, after keeping the operation under wraps.

Love Island beauty Molly-Mae, 22, decided to keep the exact surgery date a secret until now and has explained to fans why she was "all over the place" in late September.

The influencer, who recently said she's ready to get engaged to boyfriend Tommy Fury, admitted she had not realised how "hard" the recovery would be following the procedure.

Speaking in a video posted on her YouTube channel, the blonde beauty explained: "I've definitely been all over the place these last couple of weeks. I didn't tell anybody, but I had my endometriosis surgery.

"This is just a lot because last video I started saying I had this surgery and now I'm saying I've had a different surgery.

"But the operation was way way harder to go through than I thought and my recovery time was quite a bit longer than I had planned and I was just a bit of a mess after that surgery."

She then smiled and added: "A lot of the things I've been talking about recently is like my health is not great – but my endometriosis video is the last now.

"I am done, hopefully I never have to see my doctor's surgery or the hospital that I go to for a long time."

Molly-Mae's latest surgery comes just weeks after she went under the knife to remove a lump in her breast and her finger.

The blonde star confirmed she underwent surgery as she posted a snap of herself resting in a bed whilst wearing a hospital gown.

She wrote on top of the image: "I spoke about a lump on my boob on a recent vlog of mine, well I had it removed today. Check your bodies people!"

Molly-Mae was diagnosed with endometriosis in June this year. Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places, according to the NHS.

It can affect women of any age and is a long-term condition which can impact your life.

Following her diagnosis, the Pretty Little Thing star explained in a video she had decided to visit the doctor after complaining about her periods to fans, who said she may have the condition.

She was originally told by doctors she did not have endometriosis but then visited a specialist who finally diagnosed her.

Molly-Mae explained: "I'm just glad that I can now get it sorted and have the surgery to now hopefully once and for all get rid of the period pains that are… I can honestly only probably describe them as on the same level as labour.
