Nancy Pelosi Asks House of Representatives to Draft Impeachment Charges Against Donald Trump

There’s a huge update in the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump – Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi just asked the House to begin drafting impeachment charges against President Trump.

“The facts are uncontested: The president abused his power for his own personal, political benefit at the expense of our national security by withholding military aid [in] exchange for… an investigation into his political rival,” Speaker Pelosi said in a press conference. “Our democracy is what is at stake. The inquiry in question surrounded the President’s conversation with President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine.
