Olly Murs praises new girlfriend for his phenomenal body transformation

Olly Murs is not taking all the credit for his phenomenal body transformation.

The Troublemaker singer, 35, recently wowed fans when he revealed his new buffed-up bod and has now admitted that he managed to trim down and tone up with the help of his beautiful girlfriend Amelia Tank.

During a radio interview on Heart FM this week, the cheeky chap shared that his sweetheart encouraged his fitness journey and helped by giving him a nutrition plan.

He told hosts Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston: "Well she’s not a personal trainer but she’s done bikini competitions in the past and she does train a lot, but she is actually my personal trainer. In more ways than one."

The loved-up musician gushed: "She’s brilliant and she’s been absolutely fantastic. She just gave me that extra little bit of encouragement and she says it’s not up to me to do it, you’ve got to be able to do it yourself."

He added: "You’ve got to get up to do it everyday. So I was like, okay I will. So she did this little nutritional plan for me and I just went out and did it and I loved it. And I still love it now."

Last month, Olly took to Instagram to share a snap of his ripped torso alongside an older snap of him pre-weight-loss.

He wrote: "Ain't bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a 'butler in the buff' is coming true.

"The pic on the left was 2nd January! I was like 'f*** me I look massive' weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments and I’m actually buzzing now I’m off to get a McDonald’s."

It comes after it was revealed that Olly's Madame Tussauds waxwork has to be cleaned regularly because it gets covered in lipstick, as it's the most kissed waxwork in the exhibition.

The waxwork of the Voice coach reportedly gets kissed by three in four visitors to the attraction in London.

Make-up artist Emma Meehan revealed has been on hand with tissues, make-up remover and hairdressing kit to keep him up to muster.

She said: “It’s really hard to keep Olly clean, which is why I’m looking after him almost full-time at the moment.

“All our wax figures have their hair and make up done regularly to keep them looking their best , but with Olly I’m having to clean off lip gloss every hour.
