Rochelle Humes broke down in tears as her seven year old daughter Alaia returned to school after weeks of homeschooling.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Rochelle, 31, who recently shared an adorable throwback snap from her childhood, became emotional as she discussed dropping her eldest child off at the gates.

“She was happy this morning and excited but she said, ‘I’m worried I’m going to miss you.’ I was like, ‘Are you joking? You’re going to be back with your favourite people.’
“I just didn’t make a big deal out of it and then when we got to the gates she started crying.
"Obviously I didn’t and I was like, ‘You’re going to have the best day, this is amazing.’ And then she shut the door and I was like… I just called my mum and cried to my mum.”

The Saturdays star had previously opened up about struggling with homeschooling.
Posting a sweet photo of daughters Alaia and Valentina in their summer uniforms on Instagram, Rochelle captioned the post: “A little throwback to when our babies were going to school as normal.
“So proud of all of our little ones and how they are adjusting to this hopefully temporary ‘new normal’.
"They really are handling this better than us… Homeschooling isn’t ideal and I’m sure they all really miss their friends and a proper routine.
“When playing teacher becomes tough I have to keep reminding myself how bloody weird it is for them. If we can get them through this mentally then I think we have all done a pretty good job.
"Everything else will work itself out. Sending you all lots of love (and wine, LOTS of wine)."
