Rylan Clark took some time off from his hosting duties this week following a trip to hospital.
The BBC Radio 2 presenter, 33, revealed on Friday that he was ‘finally home after an extended trip to Costa del hospital’ and was ‘slowly on the mend.’
The former X Factor star has since shared a cosy selfie from his couch, updating worried fans on his condition.
Taking to Twitter, Rylan wrote: ‘Resting. See u all soon x’
He flashed a thumbs up to the camera in the accompanying selfie, relaxing and recuperating in a white hoodie (although his hair still looked perfect!)
Fans were quick to send their well wishes, as one wrote: ‘Wishing you a speedy recovery Rylan…take care of you.’
One fan joked: ‘Also after everything you’ve been through the tan is still on point ????❤️ ‘ – and it’s true!
On Friday morning, Rylan posted a photo showing him hooked up for an IV, joking: ‘Picture for ULTIMATE sympathy obvs.’
The Celebrity Big Brother winner didn’t share why he required hospital attention, but was inundated with ‘get well soon’ messages nonetheless, as he assured everyone he is ok.
The former BBBOTS host then revealed he was admitted into hospital ‘for safety reasons’ because he no longer knew himself, adding that he was a ‘danger’ to himself.
He also went months without social media or even a phone during summer, saying it ‘took a lot’ for him to venture back online.
In recent months, Rylan has thrown himself into fitness to build himself back up and gain some muscle.
