The ‘Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta’ star and his son get kicked out of their flight at LAX after being embroiled in a heated argument with airport staffer over beverage.
AceShowbiz –Stevie J caused a ruckus at Los Angeles international airport. Footage showed him and son in a heated argument with employees. The father-and-son duo were allegedly kicked out of their Delta flight following an incident involving boozy drink.
In one clip, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star even threatened to sue the Delta employees. Security was involved in the quarrel, but no arrests were made.
There were conflicting stories regarding what really happened.
According to an original report by TMZ, Stevie Jr. purchased a drink in the LAX terminal and defiantly brought it with him when entering the gate. He then threw it away once he boarded the plane with his dad.
However, Stevie disputed the claims, insisting neither he nor his son carried any drink with them when they boarded.
According to the music producer, they were indeed drinking beverages while waiting in the terminal. When they were told to ditch them before boarding, they allegedly did, but not before finishing them first, which angered the staffer.
Stevie confirmed plans to take the matter to court, blaming racism for the incident.
The drama happened on Friday, December 10 when the producer and his son were on their way to Atlanta to attend his daughter Eva’s birthday. They booked another flight and made it to the party without further issue.
“Had an amazing time at Eva’s 12th birthday party the whole family came out to celebrate with her! God I thank you for the uplifting x positive vibrations,” Stevie gushed on Instagram before applauding his baby mama Mimi Faust for staging a wonderful celebration, “Mimi you throw the best parties.”
While Stevie J had a scuffle with airport employees and partied with his daughter and baby mama, estranged wife Faith Evans was mourning the loss of her brother.
“My dear brother Uncle Brad. May your soul rest well. So many great memories & good times! I’ll be hanging like a hair in a biscuit until we meet again,” she penned on her Instagram. “Sending prayers & love to Ms Glenda and your family.”
