We are used to seeing him express himself on the dance floor on Strictly Come Dancing, but like many of us, Graziano Di Prima has also faced low moments during the coronavirus pandemic.
The dancer, who was previously left in tears after struggling to get home for Christmas, said he found lockdown difficult at times and experienced the "worst day" after having to postpone his wedding to fiancée Giada Lini.
Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, the 26 year old said: "I had a lot of weeks where I was down, especially when I had to postpone my wedding.
"That was in July, especially the day before and the day after, the 3rd of July was the worst day. I was supposed to marry Giada but we couldn't do it so it was literally a nightmare.

"But there have been lots of people struggling with this pandemic so there are many things that are worse than this."
As a dancer, Graziano's industry has been hit hard by the pandemic, forcing him to postpone tours and question when he would be able to dance again.
He expressed: "As a professional dancer, our career is not really long so I've thought about lots of negative things like, 'How long is this going to last for or when will we be able to dance again?'.
"You go through a process of thinking you're not as good enough as you were before."

Deciding to stay optimistic, the dancing professional added: "Life is a fight and you always need to find the motivation to go forward. If you sit and complain to yourself, you will never survive."
After months in lockdown, Graziano and his fellow Strictly stars were told the series would be going ahead in 2020, which came as a welcome distraction for him.
"The first day I couldn't forget, we were even scared to touch each other, they said, 'You can touch each other, you're staying together, you've taken the test'.
"We were crying, it was such a new thing for us," he explained.
"There's so many amazing people working behind us, we are doing our show and without them, the show could not be possible.

"Compared to other shows around the world, Strictly is amazing. It's a family show and we are a family, it's beautiful."
The Italian native, who cut partner Giada's hair in lockdown, has been keeping busy once the show ended with his very own Latin Fitness classes.
"I've found myself busy with dancing, if I'm doing a lesson, I'm busy and not thinking about the situation we've been in for one year, so dancing has been the key actually," Graziano shared.
