You never really know what to expect when you have a child. No matter what you do, they’ll always grow up with their own personality. But deep down, parents all like to see a little of themselves in their kids, and celebrities are no different.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West know all about this phenomenon since they have four kids of their own. Are any of their kids like their parents? At least one might be.
North West is just like her dad Kanye West
The couple agreed that their firstborn, North West, is most similar to West. In an interview for Vogue Arabia, Kardashian told West: “North is your twin, she is so creative, expressive, and has so much of your personality.”
We’ve seen some of North’s creativeness on Instagram. Kardashian likes to post photos of her daughter to show off her fashion skills, and North really gets into it. One photo, in particular, shows North sporting sparkly leggings, feather shoes, and neon sunglasses. While they did draw some criticism because her outfit didn’t match perfectly, Kardashian was right to be proud.
Movers and shakers in the fashion world don’t put together perfectly matched outfits. To be on the edge of fashion, you have to be willing to put yourself out there and try something new. North seems like she has these qualities, and could very well become the next fashion superstar.
On the other hand, if North really takes after her father, maybe she’ll be a musician. She does seem to enjoy the attention, and her parents report that she’s musically talented. Kardashian has posted several Instagram posts that show North singing and dancing at her father’s Sunday services. In one post, Kardashian even said: “Her [North’s] favorite part of the week is dancing during Sunday Service.”
Saint West is more like Kim Kardashian
In the Vogue interview, Kardashian said their son Saint West was the most like her. We all want to know exactly what traits make Saint like Kardashian, but unfortunately, she didn’t list a reason why. She did ask West if he agreed, and he said yes.
The media has commented that pictures of baby Saint look like his mom, but we have a feeling they were referring to more than looks.
We didn’t get many answers as far as the other two children go either. Unfortunately, they’re both too young to really tell. Although Kardashian did say that Chicago West has a temper.
“Chi[cago], it’s still too early to say. She has a temper that we don’t have, but then she’s so calm, which is just like us too,” Kardashian said.
Psalm West is only 4 months old, so it’s no surprise that his personality hasn’t really shown yet. He’s probably spent most of his life so far sleeping, as babies that young do.
When speaking about all four of their children, Kardashian expressed a sweet sentiment: “Hopefully, they will have little bits of us and lots of themselves.”

Kardashian grew up in a large family, and she always wanted to have a big family of her own. Speaking with her husband during the Vogue interview, Kardashian expressed this idea: “I really wanted four kids and apparently, your psychic told you that, too.”
But after their first was born, Kardashian began having fertility problems. For a while, she thought her dream of four kids was over. She continued to West: “Growing up, I always thought I wanted four kids and then after we had North, I didn’t think we were going to have another one because of how difficult the pregnancy was. After we had Saint, I for sure thought we were done but then we kept going – and now we have four.”
The Kardashian-West family was able to keep growing with the help of surrogates. Something they’re extremely grateful for. And we are too because their family is so cute, we couldn’t imagine them not all being here.
