Camper Recruits ADERERROR for "The Lost Origin" Collection

Camper has presented the latest installment of its Camper Together series of collaborations, partnering with ADERERROR for a capsule titled “The Lost Origin.” The capsule’s title comes from the inspiration behind the project, which is themed around archaeologists discovering evidence of a space war during excavation work.

The footwear, apparel and accessories in the collection are designed as the items found, which have are then finished with unique details referencing the restoration process of damaged shoes and clothing. All of the footwear styles in the collection feature a wide shape, and are completed with an elevated toe and vulcanized outsole. Detailing such as raw hems and pre-distressed sections reference the collection’s concept. The footwear can also be worn with an optional supporter cover that provides extra grip to the shoe.

In terms of apparel and accessories, Camper and ADERERROR have focused on oversized items and military-inspired themes. In a nod to “The Lost Origin,” the items feature faded colorings, cracked prints and burned detailing.

The full collection is available now from the Camper web store and ADERERROR site, before arriving in select Camper stores on June 23. Additionally, the collaboration will launch at an exclusive pop-up in Paris that opens on June 25, and features a special installation inspired by Coco Capitán‘s campaign for “The Lost Origin.”
