Chrishell Stause Dedicates Her Moving DWTS Performance to Her Late Parents

Chrishell Stause paid tribute to her late parents, Jeff and Ranae Stause, on Dancing With the Stars on Monday. During the episode, the Selling Sunset actress dedicated her contemporary routine to her father and mother, who both died from lung cancer in April 2019 and July 2020, respectively. As she danced to “Stars” by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Stause looked like she was holding back tears with each movement. The song actually holds special significance to Stause as she noted that she actually listened to it a lot as she dealt with the loss of her parents. “They were really loving people,” she said. “Some of my best memories are with my mom, dancing with her in the living room. No one would be more excited about me being here and doing the show than her.” Watch her moving performance above.
