Fortnite is celebrating Star Wars Day — May the 4th — by unlocking franchise-inspired outfits, weapons, quests and more for a two-week event, Epic Games announced on Tuesday.
Every non-Battle Pass Star Wars outfit that has been in the Item Shop will return for the limited-time celebration. Among those making a comeback are the Imperial Stormtrooper outfit, Kylo Ren, Zorii Bliss, Finn, Rey, Sith Trooper, Boba Fett, Fennec Shand and Krrsantan. The Mandalorian skin, which previously appeared in a Battle Pass, will not return.
In terms of weapons, the gamer has added different-colored lightsabers from franchise staples Luke Skywalker, Kylo Ren, Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi, which previously appeared in Fortnite during a 2019 event in support of The Rise of Skywalker‘s release. Elsewhere, the E-11 Blaster Rifle can be found in Chests or at checkpoints set up by Stormtroopers.
Throughout the event, players can participate in Stormtrooper training with new Star Wars quests, which will task users with confiscating “landspeeders,” or vehicles, and stealing “Jedi contraband,” or lightsabers. After completing five quests, players will receive a limited-edition Empire Banner.
Fortnite‘s Star Wars content will be available until 12 a.m. ET on May 17. Take a look at the returning outfits and weapons above.
Elsewhere in gaming, Spotify has entered the metaverse with a new interactive island on Roblox.
