Xbox released a trailer for Forza Horizon 5 at the E3 gaming convention on Sunday, showcasing a hyperrealistic exploration of Mexico’s beautiful landscapes in the franchise’s largest and most diverse open world driving game to date.
The trailer for Playground Games’ newest iteration of the Forza Horizon franchise shows players trekking across Mexico’s scenic coastlines, populous cities, rocky mountainous terrains, rainforests and even volcanoes. Game developers used photogrammetry data — the same 3D tech used by Microsoft’s Flight Simulator – to generate the some of the game’s incredibly-realistic geographical features.
Forza Horizon 5 also offers a number of new gameplay options, including an “adventurous campaign,” which allows users to journey across Mexico exploring new locations, more adaptive seasonal weather, enhanced character customization options, expanded multiplayer gameplay and more.

Forza Horizon 5 releases November 9th for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 PC and Steam.
In other E3 news, “Microsoft Flight Simulator” is coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass.
