Harry Styles clearly craved his home comforts as he enjoyed an intimate and low-key Christmas with his family in the UK after a year of living the lavish jetset lifestyle.
The As It Was singer is using the Christmas period to enjoy some downtime after a busy touring schedule in recent months, and appeared to reunite with his relatives at home.
His mother Anne Twist gave fans a glimpse into the popstar’s festive break, which included cosy fireplaces, brisk winter walks and a gorgeous dinner spread.
In one photo, Harry, 28, is seen wearing a big smile with his long hair pinned back and a pair of sunglasses shielding his eyes, while wrapped up warm in a hoodie and thick North Face puffer jacket. He posed alongside family members including mum Anne, who took the selfie, and sister Gemma.
Their dining table was set with all the Christmas favourites including yorkshire pudding, parsnips, carrots and the ever-divisive brussel sprouts.
Anne also treated followers to a look at their huge Christmas tree, which towered in the corner of a room beside floor-to-ceiling windows.
Harry has already signed off from social media for the year after posting a heartfelt message to fans on December 15 reflecting on his phenomenal year.
Alongside a black-and-white photo of him in an arena, the former One Direction singer wrote: ‘2022 changed my life.
‘I can’t begin to thank all of you who supported me through it, I’ll never forget it. I hope your end of year is filled with happiness and calm.
‘Love you all. See you next year. H.’
His sister Gemma commented: ‘It’s chriiiiiiiiiiistmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas.’
It’s been a whirlwind year for Harry, who has enjoyed major moments in his music and acting careers.
In May, he released his third solo album Harry’s House and topped the charts around the world. He also enjoyed a number one with his hit single As It Was and top fives with Late Night Talking and Music For a Sushi Restaurant.
He’s also been a regular fixture on the big screen having starred in the drama Don’t Worry Darling, which was directed by his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde and mired in a heap of controversy, from feud rumours and bizarre claims that Harry spat on his co-star Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival screening.
The Watermelon Sugar singer also starred in romantic drama My Policeman alongside Emma Corrin.
However, Harry’s personal life appears to have been hit by heartbreak with reports that he split from actress girlfriend Olivia in November after almost two years of dating. It’s said that the couple struggled to find time for the relationship with their busy work schedules and travelling, but have remained on amicable terms.
