J.Cole appears to be thinking about going on tour for his latest album, The Off-Season. In a cryptic Instagram post, the rapper teased fans that the tour might be happening sooner or later.
The post featured a video animation of the word “Tour,” seen in a handwritten font and and engulfed in flames. Accompanying the post is a caption that reads, “S h o u l d. i. t o u r. t h i s. o n e ?” While there is no official date that has been announced, J. Cole fans can catch him headlining festivals such as Rolling Loud California and New York on October 29 and December 11 of this year respectively. The artist is expected to perform some of his hits from the new album at the upcoming music festivals.
Cole last hit the road when he toured in 2018 for his album KOD. Fans are sure to be eager to see him return to the stage after three years, especially since the latest album has garnered nothing but praise since its May release. Fans and critic alike showed their adoration for the project as the album went on to sell 282,000 units in its first week and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 almost instantaneously.
