Katie Price made the heartbreaking admission that she feels ugly despite having multiple plastic surgeries.
After confirming that she is officially back with her fiancé Carl Woods during an appearance on Friday’s Jeremy Vine show on Channel 5, the former glamour model, 44, talked candidly about her body image.
When asked by fellow guest, broadcaster and writer Nina Myskow, 76, about when she feels happiest, Katie was quick to respond by saying ‘never’.
She continued: ‘When we were in the makeup room, I looked in the mirror and thought “I am so ugly”.
‘Now when I look in the mirror I think “Ah, no more on the face” because you get that surgery look, I’ve got that now… not that I’m bothered because I’ve done it to myself.’

Katie’s sad confession came after she told host Jeremy, 57, that she can’t remember how many boob jobs she’s had.
The television personality went on to stress that she believes going under the knife at 18 was too young to start having plastic surgery, adding that the age of consent should be 21.
Elsewhere on the programme, Katie announced that she has rekindled her on/off romance with Carl, 34.
‘We have reunited,’ she said, before adding: ‘I would never rule out marriages but I’ve been there and done it.’
Mum-of-five Katie has previously been married three times, first to singer Peter Andre, then to cage-fighter Alex Reid, and finally to Kieran Hayler, but described them as ‘rehearsals’.
Last week, the OnlyFans creator revealed she’s had more boob jobs than boyfriends after undergoing what is believed to be her 16th breast enhancement surgery.
Speaking on Kiss FM, she said: ‘I’ve definitely had more boob jobs than I’ve been with men!’
