Lil Durk‘s latest studio effort Almost Healed is projected to make a big debut on next week’s Billboard 200.
According to HITS Daily Double, the 21-track effort is aiming to open at No. 2 with a total of 125,000 to 150,000 units in its first week. If forecasts are correct, this will mark Durkio’s sixth top 10 effort and his 11th overall on the Billboard 200; his last release, 7220, peaked at No. 1 for two weeks and peaked in the top five alongside Just Cause Y’all Waited 2, The Voice, The Voice Of The Heroes with Lil Baby and Love Songs 4 The Streets 2.
Almost Healed featured guest appearances from J. Cole on “All My Life,” Future on “Never Imagined,” 21 Savage on “War About It,” Kodak Black on “Grandson,” Rob49 on “Same Side,” the late Juice WRLD on “Cross The Globe” and Morgan Wallen on “Stand By Me.” Alicia Keys also joins Durkio in the opening track “Therapy Session,” on top of production work from Metro Boomin, Southside, Zaytoven and more.
Elsewhere in music, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are scoring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.
