Ahead of Blur‘s highly anticipated live return with two sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium this summer, PLEASURES has come together with the iconic band for a limited-edition collection. Inspired by Blur’s self-titled album, the special range celebrates the indisputable legacy as one of the most culturally influential British bands of all time.
In the last three decades, Blur has released eight studio albums, collected ten NME Awards, six Q Awards, five BRIT Awards, and an Ivor Novello Award. The group will play live for thousands of devoted fans once again at London’s famed Wembley Stadium July 8 and 9.
Comprised of five styles, the Blur x PLEASURES collection is inspired by Blur’s discography, featuring visuals and imagery associated with the band. Items include a cardigan, hoodie, “Song 2” T-Shirt, “Movin’ On” T-Shirt, and Sweatpants.
Speaking on the new collaboration, Sophie Bishop, Director, Retail Merchandise A&R at WMX said, “Blur helped define a generation in the 90s with their sound and style, which, along with their iconic imagery, still feels fresh today. We’re delighted we’ve been able to work with the band and PLEASURES on this collection.”
The limited-edition Blur x PLEASURES collection will be available February 10 on PLEASURES’ website and at select global retailers.
For more contemporary fashion, FFFPOSTALSERVICE’s SS23 “Covenant” collection continues its vision.
