Over the years, in addition to acing her fashion game, Kate Middleton has not been afraid to pull out all the stops when it comes to her hat game too. Yes, the Princess of Wales has always been a fashionista worthy of the history books, but it is her hats — or “fascinators,” as her frilly head decorations are sometimes better known — that bring her outfits to royalty levels.
Most recently, the royal showed she can pull off just about any style of hat and fascinator and still look incredible. In the Easter Sunday Service earlier this year, for example, Middleton looked radiant in a pillbox hat that perfectly complemented her bright blue coat dress. Shortly after, at the Trooping of Colour, Middleton opted for a completely different look in a wide-brimmed bright green hat by Singaporean designer Philip Treacy. Lastly, at the Order Of The Garter Service earlier this month on June 19, the mom of three changed it up once more in a black and white fascinator with polka-dot feather details that seamlessly matched her dress.
Decidedly, we think there’s no type of hat that Middleton can’t pull off; from wide to short ones, formal to casual ones, straw to fur ones. To make that conclusion for yourself, scroll below to see all her best hats over the years!
