thisisneverthat and New Balance have linked together on several different occasions to bring collaborative footwear and apparel to life. And after last joining forces back in 2020 for a two-pronged 2002R pack, the two parties are reuniting to roll out a collaborative New Balance 860 V2 colorway.
No still product shots of the shoes have surfaced on the web just yet, but we have a clear shot of the shoes based off of the Korean label’s newly unveiled campaign video. Much like one of the entries involved in the aforementioned capsule from 2020, this latest rendition leans heavily on neutral tones for stylization. Most of the upper is manufactured with perforated leather that is drenched in white and this comes accented by gray hits that rim the N logos, fill in the lateral heel’s 860 V2 branding and submerge the interior lining. Underneath, the midsoles are mostly covered with a sail-like hue but feature pre-yellowed forefoot molds, medial walls and exposed foam cushioning towards the rear end.
Peep a closer look at the pair in the playful clip above, and note that these are dropping on February 9 in the US and in Europe as well as February 10 in-store and through thisisneverthat’s online store.
