Travis Kelce has opened up about his loved-up weekend with Taylor Swift, admitting that it was something he would never forget.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the Cruel Summer singer, both 33, have been romantically linked in recent weeks, amid intense speculation that they have secretly been dating.
Doing absolutely nothing to squash the rumors, the musician was in the stands at her beau’s game over the weekend, and was seen cheering with his mom.
Setting the record straight on the latest episode of his New Heights podcast, Travis was giddy as he reflected on his surprise guest.
His brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, wasted no time and jokingly questioned: ‘How does it feel that Taylor Swift has finally put you on the map?’
‘Shout out to Taylor for pulling up, that was pretty ballsy,’ the Super Bowl champion – who previously dated Kayla Nicole – replied. ‘I just thought it was awesome how everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her.’

‘She looked amazing, everyone was talking about her in great light. On top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans,’ he laughed. ‘We script it all, ladies and gents. It was impressive.
‘To see the slow-motion chest bumps, to see the high-fives with mom, to see how Chiefs Kingdom was all excited she was there, that s**t was absolutely hysterical.
‘It’s definitely a game I’ll remember, that’s for damn sure. And then we just slid away in the getaway car at the end.
‘Shout out to Taylor for coming through and seeing me rock the stage.’
Travis first spoke of his attraction to Taylor in July, confessing that he tried to give her his number on a friendship bracelet at the Eras tour.
Despite failing to get her attention backstage, his efforts clearly worked as she was pictured watching the Chiefs game over the weekend, sat beside his mother.
The internet had a field day with pictures of the lovebirds leaving the stadium together, driving away in a convertible to an after-party.
However, discussing his private life, Travis explained that he wants to keep their bond firmly behind closed doors in future, out of respect for the Grammy-winner.
‘I know I brought all this attention to me, I did the whole friendship bracelet thing and told everybody how butthurt I was that I didn’t get to meet Taylor,’ he continued.
‘You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take…
‘What’s real is that it is my personal life, I want to respect both of our lives. She’s not in the media as much as I am, doing this show every single week, having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows…
‘I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend. Everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports will have to be where I keep it.’
