Xbox unveils Mandalorian themed consoles to tie in with season 3

Microsoft has opened a contest to win a pair of Mandalorian Xbox consoles, just as Sony announces a LeBron James inspired PS5.

To coincide with a certain TV show starring Pedro Pascal as a broody loner who accompanies and protects a special child from danger, while secretly growing attached to them, Microsoft has made a pair of themed Xbox consoles to give away as competition prizes.

No, it’s not for The Last Of Us, obviously, it’s for The Mandalorian, which premiered its third season this week on Disney+.

Fittingly, the chunkier Xbox Series X depicts the titular Mandalorian, Din Djarin, decked out in his iconic armour, while the smaller Xbox Series S features the alien baby Grogu, even sporting a unique green and black colouring.

The bundle also includes a custom made Grogu controller that comes wearing Grogu’s little hoodie.

Entering the competition is incredibly simple, since you just need to retweet the Twitter announcement with the hashtag #TheMandalorianXboxSweepstakes.

The competition is open until May 11, with the only stipulations being that you need to be over 18 and living in an ‘Xbox supported region.’ So no posting from the Moon.
