Beatrice looks ‘anxious’ on outing with Edo – will she take marriage tips from this royal?

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, also known as Edo, proudly shared a number of photos to announce their engagement. Shortly after, the happy couple made their first appearance at The Dior Sessions book launch afterparty. They were joined at the London event by royals Princess Eugenie, 29, and Sarah Ferguson, 59. However, their body language suggests they could be set to take marriage tips from Beatrice’s cousin, Zara Tindall, 38.

Her hand is balled into a fist in one shot, suggesting some anxiety or tension.

When Beatrice and Edo stepped out, they had similarities to Zara and Mike Tindall, body language expert, Judi James, told Express.co.uk.

Edo’s body language showed he could handle royal life in a similar way to Mike which could give the couple a stronger marriage.

Judi said: “Edo’s body language here suggests a cool, confident guy who might want some continuity in terms of his signature charisma rather than being absorbed into what can be the formal sheep-dip of royal life.

“He could be the suave version of Mike Tindall, who appeared to change not one jot after marrying Zara and who seems to have forged one of the stronger royal marriages as a result.”

Although Beatrice has been in the public eye for her entire life, her body language suggested she was nervous about showing off her future husband for the first time.

“Edo’s rather chilled pose isn’t totally mirrored by Beatrice,” Judi explained.

“Her hand is balled into a fist in one shot, suggesting some anxiety or tension about letting the press loose on her fiancé for the first time.”

In turn, Edo stepped out in front of Beatrice which showed he is also protective of his partner.

Judi told Express.co.uk: “The way he pulls their hand clasp behind his torso also suggests an even more emphatic desire to take control and protect his bride-to-be.”

However, the future royal standing in front of his fiancé could in fact suggest the pair could tackle life in the public eye as celebrities rather than royals.

“Edo’s leading pose and his eye tie-signs to the cameras suggest he retains a sense of humour,” she explained.

“The tow-along walk, with Beatrice walking behind, hints at some celebrity aspirations as it is a classic ritual with the likes of the Beckhams.”

The couple released a number of snaps taken by Princess Eugenie to announce their engagement.

In one post, Beatrice showed off her stunning diamond engagement ring, which could be worth up £60,000.

The ring featured a similar design to the engagement ring which Prince Harry had specially-made for Meghan Markle.
