Sonja Morgan may have questioned who would take advice from Bershan Shaw during the “Real Housewives of New York City” cast trip to Salem, but the motivational speaker and life coach has plenty of pointers to offer.
“You are enough. You have it all within you,” the newest “friend of the Housewives” told Page Six when asked to share her best life advice in a recent interview.
“We always look outside of ourselves,” Shaw explained. “We look and think other people have this great life and this and that, but focus on you. Like, you got the warrior spirit, finding your warrior spirit inside of yourself, and stop looking externally, stop looking at other people doing it, and look at yourself because you got the f–kng power to be great.”
The “Unstoppable Warrior Woman” author also joked that she was a “warrior” for dealing with the drama that unfolded on the show, although she didn’t tell us at the time of the interview that she found herself at the center of a fight during the cast’s dinner.
Shaw — who is also gearing up to launch her mental health-focused app, aptly titled “URAWARRIOR” — called the ladies “boring” during Tuesday’s episode and sparked a blowout argument that lasted well into the night and will continue to play out in next week’s episode.
While fans will have to tune in to see how the rest of the drama played out, it appears that the women get to a better place as Shaw previously told us that she consistently texts Morgan, 57, about different stock and business tips.
“The Real Housewives of New York City” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
