Boxing Day is as notorious as Black Friday when it comes to sale offers. Prepare for prices to be slashed on products and clothes across top brands as they fight for shoppers to part with their cash the day after Christmas.
The best way to take advantage of some of the huge discounts is to make a shopping list before the Boxing Day sales launch and then settle in front of your computer to trawl online and make a note of the price history.

Many keen Next fans start queuing in person for the launch of the Boxing Day sale to be in with a chance of snapping up the best deals. Shoppers can expect discounts of anything from 70 percent upwards.

Boots are known for slashing the prices on their their 3 for 2 gifts after Christmas is over. For some savvy shoppers they take it as the perfect opportunity to stock up on gifts for next year. If you’re not into planning that far in advance take advantage of the discount on perfume and beauty products as well as electricals.

Fast fashion isn’t going anywhere soon and after Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing’s enormous Black Friday sales where clothes were discounted by more than half price, shoppers can no doubt expect a huge sale from the online shopping channels. Stock up on an outfit for New Year but make sure you have a back-up as holiday period delivery times differ.
Currys PC World
If you had plans to invest in a new computer or television, then narrow your top choices down and get stuck into the sales on Currys PC World. Following on from their Black Friday sales the tech store will no doubt put on some good offers for 4K TVs as well as some Apple products.
John Lewis
Expect to see store-wide deals at John Lewis on Boxing Day. The department store will no doubt announce huge sales across products like vacuum cleaners, televisions, kitchenware, beauty and fashion. It’s always worth price checking any bargains you spot on the site as to compare with other sites like Amazon.

As Christmas quickly comes to an end thought will be turning to grabbing some sunshine in the new year, so don’t forget to check out any travel deals Booking.com may have. The site is running discounts all of December so expect some more discounts hidden on the site for you to use if you’re ready to sort your holidays out.

Last year Travelodge offered 30 per cent off selected stays from January to March in hotels across the UK. So if you’re looking for an early year city break Boxing Day is the best day to pick out your favourite place to visit.

Experts in sales Amazon put on some incredible offers for Black Friday, so prepare to pop your Wishlist into your basket as the discounts are announced. Deals will go live on Boxing Day so get ready to stock up on anything from candles, electronic toothbrushes, dehumidifiers to laptops and computers.
