Britain's biggest family – The Radfords – have revealed they are planning to build their own home.
This is despite spending thousands recently doing up their millionaire mansion – a former care home based in Morecambe, Lancashire.
Parents-of-22 Sue and Noel Radford revealed the news on their YouTube channel last week.
And they told fans at the weekend that their plans were already in motion.
The family took to their Instagram story to inform their 449,000 followers that they were 'house hunting'.
While in the car, they shared a picture and wrote: "Just doing a bit of house hunting on a Sunday afternoon."
The snap comes after Noel said last week: “We are trying our best to find a plot so we can build our own house.
“We have found four so far, three of them have sold and the other one we will find out on Monday if that one sold, so fingers crossed.”
The couple are reportedly looking for a plot within half an hour’s distance of their current home,
They are said to want land that has already been granted planning permission so they can start building straight away.
Noel added: “We’re only ever going to build this one house so it’s got to be right, we want somewhere that’s got enough land for us.
“We want about an acre so we can build a big-ish house for us all but we also want there to be plenty of space so that the kids can get out and play.”
Sue added: “It’s so hard to find land that’s available and in the right location of where you want it.
“We want the kids to have their own space, it needs to be bigger basically, we’ve grown out of this house.”
The couple are aiming to build a 12-bedroom home.
It's also claimed they're considering buying a smaller property that they can add an extension.
The news may surprise some fans after the couple have spent the past year documenting their expensive renovations on their current home.
The parents had a new roof fitted on their home in January last year, as well as the windows replaced.
They also redecorated the kids' bedrooms and re-plastered much of the home.
As well as this, the couple renovated the entire top floor of their home in April and in August Sue shared her bathroom's glam makeover with a free-standing bath.
The garden has also had a lot of work done, with a hot tub added, as well as an outdoor bar and most recently a new wall back in September.
