Costa launches spring menu with its biggest ever vegan range – and fans are already drooling over the Instagram-friendly pink hot chocolate
- The Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate, which is pink and comes topped with cream can be complemented with a flaky vegan croissant filled with strawberry jam
- Options include Coconut Flat White, Coconut Latte and Coconut Hot Chocolate
- They have also launched a vegan version of their Ham and Cheese panini
Costa has launched its new menu for 2020 including the biggest-ever vegan range and a pink hot chocolate.
The menu, available across the UK, includes three drinks made with coconut milk – as well as a range of paninis and sandwiches with vegan cheese and Quorn.
Included in the line-up is a Coconut Flat White, Coconut Vanilla Latte and Coconut Hot Chocolate, while almond and soya and lactofree milk will also be available free of charge for those avoiding dairy who want to eat from the regular menu.
Meanwhile, those who love to Instagram their snacks will be delighted by the bright pink Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate, which comes topped with cream, and can be complemented with a flaky vegan croissant filled with strawberry jam.

For those looking for a treat that’s a bit more friendly to a January health kick, Costa has paired with both Bol and Deliciously Ella to launch dishes that are gluten free and vegan.
This includes a BOL Japanese Rainbow Salad with black rice, turtle beans, raw rainbow slaw, leafy greens and protein-rich edamame, as well as a Deliciously Ella Berry Granola, a meal of raisins, nuts and seeds.
Catering for those taking part in Veganuary, the high street coffee shop is also now offering a Vegan Smoky Ham & Cheeze Toastie, a take on Costa Coffee’s Classic Ham & Cheese Toastie with Quorn Smoky Ham and melted ‘Cheeze’.
There is a new Seriously Caramel & Hazelnut Cake on the menu, consisting of a sponge cake topped with topped with a caramel and hazelnut frosting.
