Girlfriend wakes up at 5.30am to make three-course meals for partner’s lunchbox

A doting girlfriend has been dubbed "marriage material" by drooling fans after showing off the "gourmet lunches" she makes for her boyfriend.

TikTok user Legacy-Shay Ruhe, known as @munchieswithlegz and from New Zealand, gets up between 5.30am and 6am to make a feast for her boyfriend every single working day.

In one of her videos, she shows herself making him two delicious breakfast muffins stuffed with fried bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato.

But that's just the first course as she also rolls up freshly-prepared avocado and chicken sushi with sticky rice.

And, for desert, Legacy-Shay packs two slices of homemade banana bread into his lunchbox.

"I'm still trying to perfect them so they're not the prettiest," she says as she folds the seaweed over the rice.

The impressive meal is finished off with three drinks, including a small carton of juice.

She says her boyfriend is a "tradie" – slang in New Zealand for a tradesman – which is why he needs a lot of food.

The clip has been "liked" more than 46,000 times on the video-sharing app and thousands of people have commented, with many begging her to cook for them.

One salivating fan wrote: "Boyfriend? You marriage material right there."

"If he don't put a ring on it sister," commented a second viewer.

Another cheeky person said: "Can you make me some lunch?"
