The Tick has fought its last battle and was cancelled last year – but fans can now binge watch their favourite show online.
Despite a loyal fanbase, the show created by Ben Edlund was dropped by Amazon in 2019 but all of its 22 episodes are now available to watch for free. Here's how.
Was is The Tick?
The Tick follows a superhero in a blue tick suit who fights crime.
It was created by Ben Endlund, who was also behind the 1988 comic book series on which the show was based.
It became so popular that it was adapted into an animated TV series in the 90s, followed by a live-action version in 2001, with Patrick Warburton as the titular character.

The latest Amazon series stars Peter Serafinowicz as the insect-like superhero, and the show follows him as he befriends a young man named Arthur, played by Griffin Newman, who becomes his sidekick.
Together they join forces to defeat a super villain called The Terror.
How can I watch The Tick for free?
If you miss the show or you're keen to give it a go, you can stream its two seasons on Amazon Prime.
Not a subscriber? You can use the 30-day free trial, just remember to cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
For £5.99 you can get video access and for £7.99 you can enjoy the full works, including free Kindle book rentals, photo storage and music streaming.
Why was the show cancelled?
Amazon did not give an official reason behind its cancellation but given its critical success it's likely to be viewership figures.
Despite its loyal fanbase, it probably wasn’t as successful as Amazon needed it to be.
But season 1 averaged a 90 per cent critical approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while season 2 got a 100 per cent score.
It was often praised by critics for its likeable characters and humour.
