Iceland Easter 2021 opening times: When are stores open over the bank holiday weekend?

ICELAND stores may be open at different times this weekend.

So we explain how to check store opening and closing times over the Bank Holiday.

The supermarket has a whole host of bargains on offer this week and in the lead up to the Easter weekend they are advertising a deal a day with their "7 deals of Easter" offer.

Iceland's website is displaying a banner for you to click and find out what each day has on offer for this week only, and you have until midnight to claim today's.

The deal changes each day and you can get whatever you order sent to your home with next day delivery.

Is Iceland open over Easter?

England, Wales and Northern Ireland stores (excluding Scotland) will be closed on Easter Sunday this year.

But standard opening times will remain for all other Easter bank holiday weekend dates, including Good Friday and after the weekend on Monday.

That means the majority ofstores will likely be open from 8am – 9pm but some stores like many in the East Midlands close earlier at 6.30pm.

To check when your closest store's opening hours are, use Icelands helpful locator tool that lets you look for your nearest shop by region.

Is Iceland doing home delivery?

Iceland is offering free next day delivery if your order totals over £35.

If your shopping comes a little under that then you will be charged £2 in addition to the £25 minimum spend that is required for any online orders.

The store do typically carry out deliveries on a Sunday, but with the supermarkets being closed for Easter, this weekend they won't.

The rest of the weekend has plenty of booking slots available including Good Friday and Easter Monday, you just have to check if the store delivers to your postcode.

The supermarket also offer a handy new service where you can shop in store but have your groceries delivered home for you, so you don't have to lug any heavy bags back yourself.

The service is also great if you have too much shopping to bring home on your own and you have to catch public transport.

If you spend over £25 in store then the service is completely free and will be delivered the same day.

When are the Easter holidays this year?
