A woman who works as a construction manager had the last laugh after a council worker refused to work with her "because she is a woman".
Michelle was invited to appear on the Joe Marler Show, where the England rugby player and co-host Tom Fordyce find out about people's everyday jobs.
The skilled worker has been in the construction industry for 18 years and shared insider stories about toilets on a building site, and stereotypes about builders.

She also touched on the sad reality of being a woman in a male-dominated industry.
"I had someone say they cannot work with me because they don't believe women belong in construction," Michelle explained.
"The guy from council came in and was like 'I want to speak to the site manager' and I was like 'that's me'.
"And he was like 'no I don't think you understand, I need to speak to the site manager' and I was like [taking a deep breath], saying, 'okay, yeah that's me'.
"So he walked out and I was thinking 'what a d***'."
Annoyed by the man's rude response, Michelle said he returned 10 minutes later.
She continued: "I was like 'right I'm going to have you here – do you want the site manager?'
"He said yes and so I said 'right I'll give you his number'."
Both Joe and Tom were shocked and they couldn't help but interrupt Michelle's story.
Tom commented: "Wait hang on so you gave him your number?"
And Joe was confused, asking: "Hang on, why haven't you kept up with that? Michelle's had a bad day but she's still going to town like the effort she's putting in now to really make a scene of this."
And Michelle said : "So he's typing the number and I just have a wry smile and then I picked it up.
"I just kept the eye contact and he lost it!"
