Inside Kim Kardashians extravagant Halloween party for kids including life-size mummies

Kim Kardashian is infamous for her incredible hosting skills, and she and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family always go all out for Christmas.

Her more 'low-key' bash thrown just for the children on Sunday 31 October was no exception, and the mum of four splashed the cash on a very extravagant celebration for Halloween.

Kim, 41, shares two sons and two daughters with rapper Kanye West, who all got to enjoy the incredible decorations and activities their mum had planned for them.

From life-sized creepy mummy decorations to slime stations and plenty of crafting opportunities, eight year old North, five year old Saint, three year old Chicago and two year old Psalm were spoilt for choice.

Kim's £26million mansion was transformed into a spooky event space for her children and all of their friends, as well as her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner's own children.

The Hidden Hills home in Los Angeles was decked out in all-white Halloween decor, which saw a powerful smoke machine set the scene.

White-painted pumpkins and plenty of spooky-looking signs filled up the room, as well as some huge mummies who guarded the event.

The gorgeous celeb took to Instagram to share a glimpse into the fun-filled bash, where her 261 million followers were treated to some updates.

One video showed the entryway into the party, which featured a pretend window and looked like it had terrifying zombie-like creatures pressing up against the glass.

It was enough to terrify any of the party's attendees, but it didn't put off the Kardashian-Jenner family members who turned up in full fancy dress.

Kim filmed her mum Kris Jenner, 65, as she prepared for the bash dressed in a stunning all-black Fendi outfit.

Kris could've easily been mistaken for Kim as she donned a glossy long black wig, just like her daughter's hair, and showed off her curvy figure in a skintight catsuit.

Going as a very fashionable Catwoman, Kris' face was made up with feline touches with her nose and lips painted black.

"You are a Fendi-SKIMS Catwoman" said Kim as she filmed her stunning mum, who posed for the camera in the clip which was posted on her Instagram Stories.

She then panned to her grandmother, who was dressed as a witch, complete with a huge black pointed hat, finishing off the look with a very chic Alexander McQueen scarf.

Taking her followers into the party on her social media, Kim filmed the smoke-filled floor of her home's foyer and shows the huge mound of white pumpkins at the corners of the room.

A giant all-black centrepiece sat on a table in the centre of her mansion's entryway, accompanied by a huge sign saying "WE WILL FIND YOU" which greets guests as they enter the party.

Kim then showed off her huge garden, which has also been decorated, and lead us into the party room.

A huge white bouncey castle had been rented for the outdoor space, which had a "bone shaker" sign placed in front, which hopefully didn't deter the kids too much.

Businesswoman Kim showed off the activities prepared for the children inside, and could be heard speaking in the video.

"Look how cute guys" she said, taking viewers into the party room which had a huge dining table for all of the guests, covered in white linens.

One long table had a very intricately-decorated 'Slime Station', where the children could make their own scented slime to play with.

"We have a cute slime station… And then you can come and take your slime here," she added, showing off the customising table.

Trays had been laid out which were full of beads, googly eyes and 'severed fingers' to further personalise the slime.

Kim picked up some of them, and said: "Look at these fingers!"

The kids all made an effort to dress up for the event, as they all donned their adorable costumes.

Chicago looked sweet in an all-black witch costume, complete with a tiny cauldron handbag, and Kim's youngest son Psalm was dubbed his mum's "cute little truck driver" as he wore a blue trucker hat and sat in a cardboard truck.

Eldest child North decided to go as a "serial killer" and had matching outfits with two of her friends as they all wore pink and green wigs, and second-eldest child Saint also dressed up, going as a Roblox character with a friend.
