Back in February, Wayfair revealed that they’d be debuting a Kelly Clarkson Home line come spring. And since that announcement feels as though it was made roughly forever ago thanks to recent events, you might say we’ve all been waiting a lifetime for a moment like this: the official launch of Clarkson’s home collection. It’s here and, y’all, it’s the French-country-bohemian-farmhouse-chic (if that wasn’t a thing before, it is now) line of our dreams.
Inspired by the multi-hyphenate star’s Southern roots and eclectic aesthetic, the collection features over 500 items ranging from largescale furniture to playful décor. Clarkson took to Instagram on Thursday to share the launch with fans, noting that she had worked hard to keep the price points affordable since so many of us are “ballin’ on a budget.” And in a statement, she described why the line is so personal to her. “Home has always been an incredibly special place for me; it’s my sanctuary where I unwind and spend quality time with my family and now, more than ever, we are all looking to find peace and comfort in our homes with our loved ones.”
For Clarkson, it was important to create a line that didn’t conform to any one style but was instead designed to mix and match, ultimately reflecting the people who live in the home it’s in. That includes dreamy pieces like the:
Radnor Chandelier
Page Standard Bed
Blue Bell Accent Cabinet
Sylvan Extendable Dining Table
Blush Marvelyn Double Knit Throw
And much more, obviously. There’s more where that came from, too! Later this year, Wayfair plans to release a second part of Kelly Clarkson Home that will include a whopping 1500 additional designs and, per the company, even more accessible price points.
Obviously, budget is a big concern for a lot of people right now. So, Clarkson addressed the timing of the launch, explaining, “I’m proud that we can use the launch of Kelly Clarkson Home as a meaningful opportunity to lend a hand and give back, with profits benefiting the current crisis and those impacted.”
To that end, from now until April 17, Wayfair is donating 25 percent of the profits from sales of Clarkson’s collection to benefit coronavirus relief efforts.
