Khloe Kardashian got a new neighbor next to her $37 million mansion when mom Kris Jenner moved into the $20 million plot next-door. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Jimmy asked the reality star about the “pitfalls” of having a mega-mansion next door to her mom, and she had a surprising answer.
“My mom will only have her dog use the restroom on my property,” Khloe told a shocked Jimmy Kimmel, to which an embarrassed Kris responded, “Never tell anybody about that!”

Khloe didn’t hold back, calling out her mom for playing dumb. She said it was “bizarre” that her mom pretended not to know, and the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch couldn’t deny the allegations because she had the receipts.
“Well, it’s a fact and it’s really annoying,” Khloe clapped back. “I saw them on my security cameras of only letting her dog usher to my side of the house. It’s bizarre.”
And it’s not just that, the Momager is kind of an annoying neighbor.
“If any car goes up my driveway, at any hour, she’ll text me, ‘Hey! I just want you to know that I’m home,” Khloe continued. “And she’s just fishing, or she’ll be like, ‘Whose car is this?’ And they’re actually, most of the time, people for her house.”
Khloe also called out her mom for being “so nosy,” something the matriarch agreed with, to which Khloe quipped that she “didn’t think this all the way through.”
The mother-daughter duo dropped some serious cash to have the side-by-side mansions built last year. The homes sit in an exclusive gated community in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, near plenty of A-list celebrities, and also some family members. Kim Kardashian has a $60 million compound nearby, and Kylie Jenner’s pad is just a short drive away.
If the two get tired of seeing one another, there’s plenty of space to hide. Khloe’s home is 18,000 square feet and features 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. There’s also an 8-car garage, stunning patios, a guesthouse, a movie theater, and a private gym. Kris’ place is almost as massive at 17,000 square feet and shares many of the same luxurious amenities.
