LIDL is planning to open 50 new stores this year, creating 2,000 new jobs.
The discount supermarket's is planning on investing £1.3billion on opening 1,000 new stores by 2023 – 50 of which will open by the end of the year.
Lidl has outlined which areas they are interested in opening new stores – we've rounded up the full list of areas below.
However, Lidl said that not every area on the list might see a new shop coming to them, as these are only areas of interest.
So far, 20 new stores have already opened this year, according to Lidl.
Solar panels will be put on the new stores, which will help power the shops.
Where is Lidl looking to open new stores in?
LIDL will be opening 1,000 new stores by 2022 – 50 of which will be open over the next 12 months.
The supermarket hasn't announced the exact locations of these new shops – instead it has outlined a hit list of areas it is looking to open in.
However, Lidl said that not all the areas on the list are guaranteed to see a shop opening.

Customers will be able to use electric vehicle charging points when visiting the store.
Christian Härtnagel, at Lidl GB said: “We are calling on developers and landlords up and down the country to help find potential sites for us to build Lidl stores, which demonstrates the continued ambition we have to further expand our store portfolio across the nation."
It comes as new discount supermarket, Mere, is planning to open 300 stores across the UK in a bid to become Britain's cheapest grocery store.
The Russian discounter, dubbed "Russia's Lidl", will be putting heat on its rivals by opening hundreds of stores over the next eight to 10 years.
