Meghan Marklehas certainly been wowing with her outfit choices while on tour of Europe, although she may have faced some criticism due to her wardrobe costs.
The first stop on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s unofficial royal tour was the One Young World Summit in Manchester where the 41 year old lookedregal in head-to-toe red .
The couple arrived at the summit to cheers and applause from the 2,000-strong crowd.
Keynote speaker Meghan stunned in bright trousers and a matching blouse with a scarf-style tie – both by Valentino and boasting eye-watering price tags of £1.2k and £1.1k respectively.
She paired this bold look with sky-high red stilettos and a pair of gold earrings, keeping accessories to a minimum.
The next stop on the couple’s tour was Germany for the Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 One Year To Go event.
Here the former actress looked elegant in a £245 cream knitted halter neck vest from LA-based designer Anine Bing, which she paired with a pair of £1,040 beige wide-leg wool blend trousers from Brandon Maxwell.
Both Anine Bing and Brandon Maxwell have proved to be among Meghan’s favourite designers in recent years, with her stepping out in their designs on numerous occasions.
The white halter neck vest was somewhat reminiscent of the Duchess' second wedding dress, which had a similar style.
Arriving hand in hand with husbandPrince Harry, we’re reminded that it was the 2017 Invictus Games where the couple had their first public appearance together.
While the royal mother-of-two wore minimal accessories in Manchester, no expenses were spared on accessorising in Dusseldorf.
She paid tribute to her late mother-in-law,Princess Diana , by wearing her £17,800 gold Cartier Tank watch.
The Duchess added even more glitz to her ensemble with her £5,000 Cartier Love bangle, that she's owned since at least 2017, as well as her £271,000 engagement ring.
And it doesn’t stop there, she teamed these with a £2,611 mini gold tennis bracelet designed by Jennifer Meyer.
Between this tour and Meghan’s new podcast Archetypes, it’s been a busy couple of weeks for the Sussexes.
Each episode of the podcast sees Meghan joined by a famous guest to discuss labels unfairly placed on women.
The first featured Serena Williams, while the second saw the Duchess and Mariah Carey explore the label of 'diva'.
The latest release saw Meghan joined by Mindy Kaling, and opening up about her childhood, Meghan revealed she felt like an"ugly duckling" during her time at school .
The Sussexes will return to the UK later this week before jetting back to the US – although it seems unlikely they’ll be meeting with any other royals during their stay.
