The Duchess of Sussex looked chic as ever as she stepped out in a black-and-white outfit in LA this afternoon.
Meghan, 41, met her friends for brunch at Gracias Madre on Melrose Avenue hours after her son and daughter were officially named Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet on the Buckingham Palace website, with the line of succession updated.
And the mother oozed glamour as she strolled down the street wearing all black with white accessories – in an outfit costing upwards of £10,000.
She sported the glamorous look on her first public appearance since the Sussexes announced Princess Lilibet was christened last week.
The Duchess’s choice to opt for premium designers meant the outfit came in at an eye-watering cost of more than £10,222.

With her dark brunette locks neatly pinned back in a relaxed low bun, Meghan accessorised with a pair of Valentino sunglasses which retail at approximately £170.
The mother-of-two also appeared in a sleek black cashmere coat from Max Mara costing £3390, which she has worn several times before.
Perhaps the star of her outfit (and certainly the most costly piece) was a cute and classic tweed Chanel handbag with a chain, which she held by her side as she strolled down the street.
In keeping with her black-and-white theme, the Duchess also opted for white pointed mules from Valentino, costing around £540.

Her outing came just hours after Buckingham Palace officially changed her children’s titles on the line of succession on their website to reflect their Prince and Princess titles.
The change came after the couple revealed their 21-month-old daughter, who they named ‘Princess Lilibet Diana’, had been christened at the couple’s £11million mansion in California.
Until 9.30am this morning, the children had been referred to as plain ‘master’ and ‘miss’ Mountbatten-Windsor on the Buckingham Palace website. Now they are ‘Prince Archie of Sussex’ and ‘Princess Lilibet of Sussex’.
It came shortly after their California-based parents declared it is Archie and Lilibet’s ‘birthright’ to be called prince and princess in a statement defending their decision to use the titles.
The Duke and Duchess also insisted that the matter had been ‘settled for some time’ with King Charles – despite only being revealed by the couple yesterday. His Majesty is said to have told Prince Harry that his children would be allowed to be called prince and princess in a private conversation after the Queen’s funeral last year.
A spokesman for Harry and Meghan said: ‘The children’s titles have been a birthright since their grandfather became monarch. This matter has been settled for some time in alignment with Buckingham Palace.’
But their 21-month-old daughter Lilibet saw her royal title of ‘princess’ used formally for the first time yesterday when the couple told the world she had been christened in California without Charles, Camilla, William and Kate present.
